In 1985-86 our team won the ultimate prize in professional hockey: the Stanley Cup! I have played on, or been involved with, high performing teams for over 25 years. My unique insight into the dynamic of how teams function well provides the background and confidence for me to work closely with your organization to enhance your "team feel." Very little in life happens outside of some sort of functioning team environment. When the team is on, the players perform better and with more energy.

President Roosevelt's definition of leadership was: "getting people to do what you need done, because they want to do it!" At end of the day people have to want to do it! We can purchase their time and energy, but we must capture their hearts. Real team synergy comes when a communal hungry spirit pulls together around a common vision.
