Last week I experienced a seminar conducted by Ryan Walter.  His life experience as a professional hockey player in the NHL, and subsequent experiences in business, his understanding of the elements of teamwork, dedication to a dream, focus and discipline have all equipped him with the essential credibility that has made him highly effective.

He is a skilled communicator and a terrific people-person. He creates an atmosphere of comfort and trust in his seminar.  I was very impressed and recommend him to anyone seeking a dynamic catalyst to building a better team.

Recently Ryan Walter spoke at our safety banquet on the role of leadership in safety. However, through his engaging, open, honest approach he also taught us about great leadership. Inspirational leadership. After listening to Ryan many people believed in their ability to become great leaders and began re-evaluating their role within the organization. In twenty plus years of attending safety functions this was the first one in which people left feeling empowered and invigorated. Ryan created that energy in our people.

Ryan Walter is a natural leader. His engaging style allows every individual to feel comfortable and important to the contribution of the team. After working with Ryan I now understand why he was chosen by Washington as the youngest Captain in the N.H.L.

I have been with Clarica for 28 years, 23 of which were in Branch management so you can imagine the number of such workshops that I have "experienced." While in head office for 2 years I suffered through literally hundreds of mini presentations that vendors had to offer... most of which we would not or could not support in the field.

Your facilitative workshop was refreshingly different, not soley because of the content, but because of the delivery.
