Isn't life amazing? I am a coach at heart. I have been coaching corporate executives how to maximize their personal and cultural performance for more than a decade and now I get to do the same in the industry that I grew up in - the NHL.

Today I signed with the Vancouver Canucks to be part of their coaching team. I am thrilled to join Alain Vigneault and Rick Bowness in the quest to help the Vancouver Canucks win the Stanley Cup. This move combines two of my top professional passions: the game of hockey and the amazing impact that growing Leadership can have on TEAM.

Over the past 3 seasons I have worked with the Montreal Canadiens as a team/leadership development consultant. My job has been to help the coaching staff synergize their team and to grow their players in the area of leadership. Now Vancouver's Mike Gillis, and Alain Vigneault have given me the opportunity to help the coaching staff maximize the performance of professional athletes (Canuck players) 24/7, and I can't wait to get at it.
